They can only relay messages between you and a factory they don’t control, and every round-trip costs you weeks.

Mold ownership and control. We design the mold, build it, and debug it in our own tooling shop. When a sample needs adjustment, the feedback loop is hours, not weeks.
Consistent quality across batches. Production runs are inspected by our own 5-person QC team at every stage, from raw material to finished product. There’s no “different factory this month” variable.
Honest lead times. We quote from our own production schedule, not from a guess about someone else’s capacity. Standard catalog items ship within 3 days; custom orders typically run 15-20 days after drawing confirmation.

Under our roof we run zinc and aluminum die-casting, stainless steel precision casting, plastic injection molding, CNC machining, metal stamping, polishing, and final assembly. Raw stock goes in one end, finished locks come out the other.
For an OEM project, the flow looks like this. You send us a drawing, or a sample, or even a rough sketch. Our engineers develop a 3D model and confirm it with you. Before committing to a production mold, we 3D-print a prototype so you can hold the actual shape in your hand. Only after you approve the prototype do we cut the mold and send you samples for testing. Mass production starts when the sample passes, and every shipment is inspected before it leaves.
That sequence is what protects your schedule. If we had to outsource the mold or the casting, every one of those steps would come with a handoff delay, and delays are where projects die.
