1. Built tough, built to stay that way
The MS828-8 is made from high-strength zinc alloy, which gives it the mechanical strength and corrosion
resistance a cabinet lock needs to stay dependable over years of service. The internal mechanism is precision
-machined and put through repeated testing, and that shows up in the finished product: solid impact resistance,
good pry resistance, and durability you don’t have to think about. It’s designed to work across different door
types and different environments, from clean factory floors to outdoor-rated enclosures.
2. Standard finishes, plus whatever color you actually want
Two finishes come standard on the MS828-8: matte chrome plating and nano-silver paint. Matte chrome has
a calm, low-reflection look and a hard surface that resists everyday wear and scratches, which fits modern
minimalist industrial cabinets well. Nano-silver paint gives a more even color and holds up better against
fingerprints and oxidation, so the lock keeps its appearance longer and needs less cleaning. If neither finish
matches your design, we can also spray-coat the lock in custom colors, so the hardware follows your cabinet’s
look instead of the other way around.
3. It looks right on the door
A lock doesn’t have to be ugly to be functional. The MS828-8 keeps the lines clean and the shape slightly
different from the usual square-and-fastener look, with the small details handled properly. Whether it’s
going on a large cabinet or a mid-size equipment enclosure, the lock settles into the design rather than
fighting it, and that does more for the overall look of the installation than most people expect from a
piece of hardware.
